AccuStage now accepts all major credit cards. Simply click on the Order Item button in the Order List. All credit card orders are processed through Authorize.Net on their secure servers. Orders for the MD3 Microscope Digitizer will not be processed until the Encoders have been attached to your microscope stage and the unit is ready to be shipped. For purchases of software only, you will be emailed a product key that will allow you to download and install your software. Credit and return policies are described below(1).
In lieu of credit card purchase, net 30 day accounts may continue to order on a company purchase order. Payment terms remain net 30 days from ship date. Send purchase orders to:

(1) Credit and Return Policy. Software products ("Software") are fully refundable if the customer provides AccuStage with a request for refund within 30 days of purchase date. The customer shall provide to AccuStage signed certification that Software has been removed from all computers on which it was installed and that all archival copies of the Software have been destroyed.
MD3 Microscope Digitizer ("Digitizer") products are fully refundable until such date when AccuStage begins installation of the Encoders to the customer's microscope stage. After such date and up to 30 days after the Digitizer is shipped to customer, the Digitizer is fully refundable less an amount of $1500.00 to compensate AccuStage for machine shop expenses.
Refunds for Software or Digitizer products will be made provided AccuStage has received payment for said products. No refunds will be allowed for products that have been in customer's possession longer than 30 days past ship date.
(2) Encoder Installation. The Microscale Optical Encoders are attached to your microscope stage at our facility. Please do not send your stage with your order. Upon receipt of your order AccuStage will arrange a ship date with you for your stage. After the Encoders are installed and aligned to the stage, the completed system will be shipped back to you by air express.
